Veronicastrum virginicum 'Fascination'

Mauve-purple flowers up to 120cm (48in) from July to September and growing 60cm (24in) wide. Happy in most garden soils in sun.

“Culver's Root”. A stately garden-worthy perennial, superficially like Veronica, but will flower well in light open woodland shade. Veronicastrum is a native to meadows and woodlands in the US, and is easy to grow.
