Veronica umbrosa 'Georgia Blue' (V. peduncularis G. B.)

Bright blue flowers up to 20cm (8in) from April to June and growing 60cm (24in) wide. Prefers well drained soil in full sun.

A spreading mound in habit, the foliage turns crimson in winter. When in bloom it is covered with small, bright blue flowers, very showy. From the Caucasus, Georgia, collected by Roy Lancaster.
