Thalictrum rochebruneanum

Lavender pink flowers up to 200cm (80in) from July to September and growing 70cm (30in) wide. Prefers good, retentive soil in sun or light shade.

"Giant Meadow Rue". A handsomely proportioned late flowerer from Japan, though the leaves and flowers still retain a feeling of lightness. In fertile soil it may need some staking at least at the base .
