Teucrium x lucidrys

Rosy purple flowers up to 30cm (12in) from June to August and growing 45cm (18in) wide. Prefers well drained soil in full sun.

“Germander”. It is popular in knot gardens because of its tolerance of clipping. Trim regularly for hedging at the expense of flowers, but just a spring tidy up if you want it to attract insects particularly bees. Evergreen.
