Symphyotrichum 'Prairie Purple' (Aster P.P.)

Rich violet purple flowers up to 120cm (48in) from September to October and growing 45cm (18in) wide. Happy in sun and most, but not dry, garden soils.

Excellent introduction from Paul Picton of Old Court Nursery. Dark tinted stems and purple flushed foliage. Mildew free.
