Succisa pratensis 'Buttermilk'

Creamy-yellow flowers up to 60cm (24in) from July to September and growing 45cm (18in) wide. Happy in most garden soils in sun.

A compact form of "Devil's Bit Scabious". The airy sprays of flower persist through late summer and attract bees and butterflies. Lovely with autumn colouring grasses such as Molinia.
