Salvia nemorosa 'Caradonna'

Deep purple flowers up to 60cm (24in) from June to August and growing 45cm (18in) wide. Prefers well drained soil in full sun.

The flowers of this perennial sage are carried on unusually dark stems. Remove faded blooms to encourage repeat flowering. Associates well with shorter varieties of Allium and hardy geraniums such as G. 'Elke”. Drought and heat tolerant.
