Rudbeckia laciniata 'Herbstsonne'

Golden yellow flowers up to 200cm (80in) from August to October and growing 90cm (36in) wide. Happy in most garden soils except dry, in sun.

Deadheading will increase the number of blooms. The genus commemorates the Swedish botanist Olof Rudbeck (1630-1702). Tall and impressive perennial for the back of the border.
