Potentilla recta var. sulphurea

Pale yellow flowers up to 45cm (18in) from June to September and growing 30cm (12in) wide. Happy in most garden soils in sun.

"Sulphur Cinquefoil" from Europe and Asia. Easy to grow and produces flower stems almost continually through the summer. Looks well next to blue flowers such as veronicas.
