Double pink, scented flowers up to 100cm (40in) from June to July and growing 90cm (36in) wide. Happy in most good soils in sun.

A favourite since its introduction in 1906 from French breeder Lemoine. A classic peony with large flower heads that may need support. Ring stakes put in early are ideal and quickly hidden.
