Miscanthus sinensis 'Malepartus'

Silver white flowers up to 200cm (80in) from August to October and growing 120cm (48in) wide. Happy in most good garden soils in sun.

The flowers are at first tinged a rich wine-burgundy, later fluffing-out to a creamy white. Indispensable in the early autumn landscape.
