Lysimachia barystachys

White flowers up to 90cm (36in) from July to September and growing 60cm (24in) wide. Happy in good, not dry, soils in sun or light shade.

Vigorous but not invasive, clump former from E. Russia and N. China. Long lasting spikes of flower are followed by superb orange and red autumn colour and are good for cutting. Attractive to insects especially butterflies.
