Iris sibirica 'Tropic Night'

Deep blue-violet flowers up to 90cm (36in) in June and growing 60cm (24in) wide. Happy in any good soil in sun.

Type of "Siberian Iris" that copes well in clay soil producing many dainty flowers over handsome clumps of foliage. Divide plants when congested and flowering has diminished. Introduced 1937.
