Ipheion 'Alberto Castillo'

White scented flowers up to 20cm (8in) from February to April and growing 20cm (8in) wide. Prefers well drained soil in full sun.

A summer dormant bulb from Uruguay and Argentina. Collected by Alberto Castillo of the Ezeiza Botanical Garden in Buenos Aires. Very striking in front of border or large rock garden situation.
