Hylotelephium 'Purple Emperor' (Sedum P.E.)

Red flowers up to 45 cm (18in) from July to September and growing 30cm (12in) wide. Prefers well drained soil in full sun.

This has a reasonably bushy habit with satin-shiny dark leaves. Introduced by Graham Gough in the 1990's.
