Gladiolus 'Ruby'

Dusky ruby-red flowers up to 100cm (40in) from August to September and growing 30cm (12in) wide. Prefers good, well drained soil in full sun.

A new larger-flowered G. papilio hybrid from New Zealand. In good soil it will be reliably hardy provided the drainage in winter is fairly free.
