Eurybia x herveyi

Lavender blue flowers up to 90cm (36in) from August to October and growing 10cm (4in) wide. Happy in most garden soils in sun or light shade.

'Hervey's Aster'. A useful perennial to keep flowering through late summer into autumn even in some shade. Has good mildew resistance and spreads gently to make good ground cover. Try with Hakonechloa macra 'Aureola' for contrast.
