Erigeron karvinskianus

White flowers turning pink up to 15cm (6in) from May to September and growing 30cm (12in) wide. Prefers well drained soil in full sun.

The variation in flower colour on the same plant makes this a particularly attractive groundcover. Too large for most rock gardens, but very suitable for gravel areas and borders where it will seed itself around profusely.
