Allium lusitanicum 'Summer Beauty'

Pale violet flowers up to 50cm (20in) from June to August and growing 30cm (12in) wide. Happy in most garden soils in full sun.

Later flowering European allium that keeps a handsome clump of foliage while producing blooms attractive to insects especially bees and butterflies. Can be used in gravel gardens or larger rock gardens.
