Bright sky blue flowers up to 50cm (20in) from July to August and growing 45cm (18in) wide. Prefers well drained, fertile soil in full sun.

Hardy herbaceous form. Floriferous with intense colouring. Water well around flowering time if weather conditions become dry to ensure good flowering the following year.
